Job Title: Tele caller - Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, providing information about products/services, and generating sales or leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a record of conversations and update the CRM or calling database.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Follow communication scripts and handle objections effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies.

Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel systems.
