We are looking for a Technical/Testing Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing, technical support, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be capable of testing applications, providing end-user support, and coordinating with development teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing of web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting application and system issues.
Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.
Prepare test reports, user documentation, and support records.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in software testing and technical support.
Knowledge of Manual Testing, SQL, REST APIs, Windows/Linux settings, and ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
Basic understanding of automation testing is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
