Key Responsibilities
Call candidates from the company's database.
Explain job opportunities and assess candidate interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
Achieve daily calling and interview scheduling targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Naukri portal knowledge is not mandatory as the role is primarily focused on tele-calling.

Eligibility
Male & Female candidates can apply.




Fluency in Tamil and Kannada is mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior tele-calling or recruitment experience is preferred.
