Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshoot software, application, and basic system issues
Install, configure, and maintain software applications
Log, track, and resolve customer issues using ticketing systems
Coordinate with development and implementation teams for bug fixes
Assist users with application usage, reports, and data validation




Perform basic database checks and system health monitoring
Prepare and maintain support documentation and reports
Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution
Provide on-site support if required (project-based)

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
Experience in software support or IT services preferred
Exposure to ERP, web applications, or cloud-based systems is a plus

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
