BEACON India is seeking motivated and agile individuals to join our team as Tele Callers specializing in Inside Sales. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable solutions to enhance their business. You will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls and follow up on leads.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions from our product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.




Robust persuasive and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in tele sales or inside sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Tools Required
CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales metrics.
Phone and headset for making calls.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
Internet access for researching potential clients and accessing online databases.
