About the Role

IntelyHood Technologies is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in technical recruitment and talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities and HR documentation.




Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
3–6 months of Technical Recruitment internship experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes is preferred.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a quick-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
