Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary.
Follow up with potential customers after initial contact to nurture leads.
Schedule follow-up calls to convert leads into actual sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Freshers with a high school diploma or equivalent. A graduate degree can be an advantage.
Communication Skills: Transparent and effective verbal communication.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince customers and handle rejections gracefully.
Customer Orientation:



A focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Listening Skills: Good listening ability to understand customer requirements.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment
