Experienced candidates with relevant telecalling or customer service experience may be offered higher compensation based on their skills and experience.

Job Summary

Reliance Animation Academy, Patna, is looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries, generate leads and schedule appointments for the Admissions Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries.
Contact prospective students and parents generated through marketing campaigns.
Provide basic information about courses and academy services.
Schedule appointments for the Admissions Counsellor.
Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.




Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team for lead updates.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Work Schedule Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
