The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services in a qualified manner.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Maintain qualified communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree / Diploma.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
