We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to manage 20–30 outbound and follow-up calls daily, engage with potential customers, convert leads into sales, and maintain accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and manage 20–30 sales calls per day
Follow up with leads and inquiries
Achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM and Excel
Build solid customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or retail telesales (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel
Solid negotiation and sales-closing abilities
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality
Working Hours:
09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
Languages Required: Hindi and English Experience: More than 2 years of relevant telesales experience is compulsory.
