Handle incoming patient enquiries from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website forms, and phone calls.
Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate doctor or specialty.
Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize patient conversions.
Coordinate with hospital front desk, doctors, and internal teams to ensure seamless appointment management.
Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM.
Achieve monthly lead-to-appointment conversion targets while providing excellent patient support.
Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, appointments booked, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
Work closely with in house digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical lead management.
