Responsibilities Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products and services clearly and professionally. Generate and qualify customer leads. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. Follow up with interested customers. Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Build positive relationships with customers.
