– Telesales Executive Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Ravet, Pune Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries. Explain the company's solar products, services, and ongoing offers. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

Schedule site visits for the Field Sales team. Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information. Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer details in the CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the Sales and Internal Coordination teams for smooth customer handling. Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements : Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of solar products is an added advantage. Positive follow-up and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
