About the Role

Vedamandir is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with devotees and temple representatives across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in the required regional language, and be passionate about delivering a excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and temple representatives.
Explain Vedamandir's services and offerings clearly and professionally.
Build positive relationships with customers and address their queries.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM or database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service during every interaction.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Fluency in Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Oriya, Kannada, Hindi or Malayalam (any one language) is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Valuable communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
