KeyResponsibilities
To follow the directions from supervisors (given protocols/supervision) & carry out the work.
To be able to set up reaction, to do workups and column purification (flash)
Maintain high quality of deliverables.
Maintain lab and personal safety.
To develop an understanding of solvent polarities and be able to develop productive solvent system to do column purification
To put efforts towards understanding and analyzing 1 H NMR and MS spectral data.
To able to draw structures using Chem draw.
To learn solvent drying and distillation procedures.
Analyzing 1H NMR & other spectra/chromatograms.
Positive team player and support to the success of project.

Key Competencies(Technical, Functional & Behavioral) Sound knowledge on theoretic aspects ofOrganic Chemistry Valuable interpersonal Skills
