Operations & Coordination

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of all homes, including old age homes, orphanages, children’s homes, and other residential facilities.

Supervise and guide wardens, caretakers, and home administrators across all centres.

Conduct regular visits to each home and monitor operational standards.

Ensure smooth communication between all homes and the central administration.

Resident Welfare

Monitor the physical, emotional, educational, and healthcare needs of residents.

Ensure timely medical care, counselling support, nutrition, hygiene, and safety measures.

Review resident records, admissions, transfers, and rehabilitation plans.

Address resident grievances and ensure a compassionate care workplace.

Staff Management

Support recruitment, induction, training, and performance monitoring of home staff.

Ensure adequate staffing levels across all homes.

Conduct periodic review meetings with wardens and caretakers.

Promote discipline, teamwork, and adherence to organizational values.

Compliance & Quality





Ensure compliance with government regulations, child protection norms, elderly care standards, and NGO policies.

Maintain proper documentation, registers, and statutory records.

Monitor safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and safeguarding practices.

Implement quality improvement initiatives across all homes.

Administration & Reporting

Prepare monthly operational reports and present updates to senior management.

Track budgets, expenses, maintenance requirements, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Medical, Education, and Maintenance for effective service delivery.

Support audits, inspections, donor visits, and government visits.

Community & Program Coordination

Coordinate educational, recreational, vocational, and cultural activities for residents.

Facilitate volunteer engagement and community participation.

Support special projects and initiatives related to elderly care and child welfare.
