Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

This role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated.

The Deployment

Lead works closely with various project teams to synchronize activities, manage dependencies, and maintain steady progress throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of deployment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to resolve deployment challenges promptly.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of deployment planning and execution methodologies.
- Experience in coordinating cross-team collaboration and managing project interdependencies.
- Ability to monitor and control project progress using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Skilled in resource allocation and budget management within deployment projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address deployment-related challenges effectively.
