Glodent Dental Care is looking for dedicated and proactive Dental Assistants to join our team in a permanent capacity. We are expanding our teams at both our Mylapore and Perungudi branches in Chennai. This role is open to freshers looking to jumpstart their careers as well as experienced healthcare professionals.

- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
- Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Assistance: Assist the Dentist during various clinical procedures, examinations, and advanced treatments like dental implants or aligner tracking.
- Sterilization: Ensure all dental instruments undergo strict sterilization protocols to maintain high clinical hygiene standards.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain a highly clean, safe, and organized environment across the clinical treatment rooms.
- Front-Desk Coordination: Manage patient files, organize appointments,



and assist with general desk administration when required.
- Patient Support: Greet patients comfortably and provide basic post-operative care instructions following treatments.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: A relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assisting or Nursing is preferred, but not mandatory for freshers who possess solid, quick learning abilities.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced individuals.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, consistent punctuality, and a foundational understanding of primary medical or dental hygiene protocols.
