The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HOPEX customization, integrations, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities HOPEX Development & Customization Design and implement custom meta-models including:

Meta classes, attributes, relationships, and object types

Develop and configure

Workflows, forms, rules, and validations

Customize

HOPEX Web Front-End and repository structures

Build interactive dashboards and reports using HOPEX tools

Develop scripts using

JavaScript, VBScript, SQL ________________________________________ Advanced Development & Engineering Develop and optimize queries using:

SQL, ERQL, GraphQL

Build reusable components and automation for efficiency

Ensure performance optimization and scalability of solutions

Implement data validation and governance controls ________________________________________ Integration & APIs Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as:

ServiceNow

CMDB

ERP systems

Work with

HOPEX APIs / REST APIs





Handle data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across systems ________________________________________ Release & Quality Management Perform:

Unit testing

Integration testing support

Support deployment, releases, and version control

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and production issues

Ensure adherence to development and release standards ________________________________________ Platform Support & Maintenance Provide L3 support for application issues

Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues

Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks

Support minor enhancements and bug fixes post-deployment ________________________________________ Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with:

Provide technical documentation, training, and user guidance________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Solid hands-on experience with:

HOPEX Development (Meta-modeling, workflows, reporting)

SQL, ERQL, GraphQL

JavaScript / VBScript

Experience with

REST APIs and integrations

Enterprise system integrations (ServiceNow, CMDB, etc.)

Good understanding of
