Role: Senior Software/Technology Delivery Manager (Annuities)

Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad (with regular interaction with US-based clients)

Experience: 12–18 years of total Software Delivery/ Software Development experience ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN USA ANNUITIES PLATFORM WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Responsible for-

Experience in Annuities platforms supporting New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration and peripheral functions across North American Insurance Clients. Should have Software Leadership Experience for at least 10 years leading software development and software delivery teams. Prior experience working on annuities platforms like Vantage-One, wealth Management Accelerator (WMA) , Cyberlife, QUICK, ALIP, any RPS (Like VRPS) etc. Role Summary

This role requires deep Domain and Technology expertise in US Annuities, supporting Fixed and Variable Annuities for both Individual and Group lines of business.



Accountable for the Annuities platform end to end from a build and platform conversion perspective: product roadmap execution, professional services delivery to software clients, TPA configuration and delivery, release quality and client satisfaction. Manages the delivery organisation and the associated commercial commitments.

Partners with Production Management on supportability and with stake holders on platform modernisation.

Excellent

Communication and stakeholder Management. Ability to work covering US hours when required. The individual will serve as the primary delivery leader for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality execution, platform stability, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance with SLAs, and achievement of business objectives.
