As a Delivery Associate at upGrad, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery and optimal performance of our educational programs. This position involves overseeing daily delivery operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and continuously improving the learner experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and analyze student progress. Use insights to enhance program delivery and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including faculties, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external vendors, to ensure project goals, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently met.

Operational Support: Provide backend support by managing data, tracking cohort progress, scheduling classes and ensure seamless program delivery and learner satisfaction.





Reporting: Prepare weekly reports.

Student Progress: Calling students to understand feedback, improvement points, and resolve any ongoing issues.

Required Skills

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Management: Robust organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely execution of programs.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

Quick Learner: Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new internal platforms and tools used at upGrad to ensure effective program delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline.

0 to 3 years of experience in program management, education (preferable), or a related field.

Good with Excel
