DEAN – SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT The Dean will provide strategic, academic and administrative leadership, driving excellence in teaching, research, faculty development, student success, accreditation, ranking and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership

- Lead curriculum development, academic planning, and quality enhancement.
- Promote cutting-edge teaching and experiential learning. Faculty & Research
- Drive high-quality faculty recruitment, ensure continuous student mentoring, and ensure faculty perform at the highest standards in teaching, mentoring, research and institution building.
- Promote high-quality research (publications, funded projects), and secure high-quality academic collaborations to drive impactful research. Industry & Institutional Development
- Prepare students for high-qualityinternships and placements.
- Oversee academic administration and work with Program Deans,



Associate Deans/Custer Heads to ensure operational excellence. Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with UGC, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, AACSB and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead the School level accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with Dean Accreditation and Ranking.

Conduct regular module reviews, secure course completion reports, faculty feedback, area advisory board meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

- Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university, as per UGC norms.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, and academic administration experience, including at least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role.
- Strong record of research publications, academic contributions, industry engagement, and institutional leadership.
