Roles and Responsibilities Helps in database migration from mySQL to MariaDB.

Participates in project designs and Database enhancement including not but limited to HA, database performance tuning and MariaDB Galera Cluster tuning.

Participates in backend Linux development and fine-tuning and some time with front end javascript of database integrations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree holder in Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Specializing in either MySQL or MariaDB is a must.

at least 5 years or above related experience in the role of database administrator.

experienced in data analysis, database design, and performance tuning.

experienced in database installation MariaDB or mySQL including but not limited to Database upgrade, backup recovery, HA, and performance tuning.

Must know about Linux troubleshooting.

Knowledgeable in Javascript, HTML, or GoLang is a plus.
