Job Role: Data Scientist

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and product teams to understand problems and define measurable goals.

- Build and validate machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations, or NLP.

- Design and analyze

A/B tests and experiments

.

- Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions.

- Develop data pipelines and perform data preparation and feature engineering.

- Work with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to take models into production.

- Monitor model performance and data quality.

- Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.





- Mentor junior Data Scientists and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in

Data Science / Applied Data Science

.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Python and SQL

.

- Good knowledge of

Statistics, Probability, and Hypothesis Testing

.

- Strong experience in

Machine Learning

.

- Experience with

A/B Testing, Experimentation, or Causal Inference

.

- Experience with

Data Pipelines and ETL

.

- Understanding of production ML and model monitoring.

- Solid analytical and communication skills.
