Successful candidates will be part of a specialised customer-facing AI Labs team in our rapidly expanding Automation & Artificial Intelligence Consulting Practice. They will work closely with our AI Consultants and SMEs to define and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities Ability to build and maintain productive, long-term working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Lead data pipeline design initiatives, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address complex business challenges.

Work with a broad range of Data Science tools, emerging technologies, and IT, compliance, and security-related requirements.

Design and develop technology solutions to address business needs across multiple client engagements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements,



client infrastructure, platforms, and strategic objectives, ensuring smooth implementation and transition.

Partner with global AI teams and clients to develop innovative solutions and contribute to AI strategy development.

Apply strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving, and advanced database knowledge to derive actionable insights from data.

Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Utilize programming expertise and a robust understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning methodologies to deliver impactful solutions.

Contribute to high-impact initiatives in collaboration with Data Scientists and technology professionals across global teams.

Qualifications Bachelor's or master’s degree/PhD in Statistics, computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

Solid understanding in Statistics, e.g., hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and data exploration.

Expert level experience in Python or R.

Strong experience in machine learning algorithms like - Linear/Logistic regression, Random forest, SVM, Neural Networks, Deep Learning – CNN, RNN, LSTM.

Exposure to NLP and Computer vision use cases.

In-depth knowledge of neural networks and architectures.

Familiarity with the latest DL architectures.

Toolkits/Frameworks/Libraries - Pytorch, TF/Keras, Scikit-Learn, BERT.

Experience in Machine Learning Lifecycle – Data Processing, Algorithm Benchmarking, Validation.

Exposure to build an AI model from scratch.

Exposure to Graph based databases is a plus.

Experience with relational databases.
