About The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Instructor to join our expanding offline learning centers in Raipur. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, who are eager to share their expertise and foster the next generation of data professionals. As a Data Science Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging in-person training sessions, mentoring learners through real-world projects, and ensuring a high standard of educational quality.

Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, preparing learners for successful careers in data science and AI-driven industries.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of teaching, training, or industry experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.



A strong technical foundation in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Excel is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of classical machine learning and deep learning concepts, including regression, decision trees, neural networks, NLP, and more.

Practical exposure or a strong theoretical background in Generative AI, including large language models, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen will be an added advantage. Educational qualifications should include a BE/B.Tech degree; postgraduate degrees are preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and mentor learners effectively, are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities As a Data Science Instructor, your core responsibilities will include: Deliver high-impact, in-person lectures and hands-on training sessions in data science, machine learning, deep learning, and advanced AI frameworks.

Mentor learners through real-world case studies, industry projects, and practical exercises to ensure they acquire applicable skills and industry readiness.

Collaborate with Centre Managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress,



address doubts, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologies to continuously enhance the curriculum and training methods.

Foster an engaging and inclusive learning workplace that encourages active participation and curiosity among learners.

Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and industry interactions to enrich the learning experience.
