Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecalling Executive role based in Dadri.

The Telecalling

Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential candidates about job opportunities, collect relevant information, and update records accurately.

Responsibilities include explaining services clearly, responding to queries,



and coordinating follow-ups with interested candidates and hiring teams. The role also involves maintaining call logs, tracking responses, and sharing regular updates with supervisors.

The Telecalling

Executive is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while providing qualified and courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
Basic computer literacy, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, and data entry.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls, manage time effectively, and work with targets.
Customer service orientation with a professional, patient, and solution-focused approach.
Good command of English and local languages as relevant to the region.
Previous telecalling, customer support, or call center experience is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
Willingness to work in office in Dadri and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
