Job Purpose

This role exists to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies, enabling the company to deliver reliable and high-performance financial solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Duties And Responsibilities

Major Activity 1
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code under the guidance of senior team members and follow coding standards and best practices.
Support the development and maintenance of data access layers using Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and Dapper.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of microservices and microapps for scalable application development.
Use Git and Azure DevOps pipelines for source control, build management, and deployment activities
Major Activity 2
Participate in peer code reviews and learn from feedback shared by senior developers and team leads.
Support application performance improvement activities through productive coding and optimization techniques.




Major Activity 3
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of development activities.
Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Making decisions on validation logic, input sanitization, and security practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
Implementing effective error-handling mechanisms and deciding on logging strategies for easier debugging and monitoring.
Identifying bottlenecks and applying caching, asynchronous processing, or query optimization to enhance performance.
