Strong understanding of how configurations impact downstream processes such as:
Work Rules
Pay Rules
Overtime Calculations
Attendance
Zones
Experience creating, executing, and documenting comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports.
Highly detail-oriented with robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience using

Jira for issue tracking, test case management, and defect reporting.




Exposure to UKG data migration or integration tools such as:
Dell Boomi
WIM
File-based Imports
UKG Advanced Scheduling experience.
Experience with

UKG Dimensions Reporting / BIRT

.
Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills for data validation and reconciliation.
Previous experience supporting large-scale UKG implementation or migration projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG Workforce Management configuration experience with a solid testing background. This role is heavily focused on validating configurations, executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring end-to-end business process accuracy within the UKG environment. Candidates with enterprise implementation or migration experience will be highly preferred.
