Role & responsibilities:

This is a full time in office role for a Sales/Senior Sales Officer - Auto Loan at Baroda Global Shared Services Ltd. The Sales/Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.
Achieving sales target through constant follow-up on customers and leads.
Self-motivated to achieve sales target based on given directions at local and area level
Responsible for Year on Year Incremental addition to the Business book Size & Net Income through current acquisition & Customer relations.
Raise relevant concerns pertaining to sales process, lead generation and management with relevant stakeholders as and when required.




Achieving budgeted volumes and revenues for the allocated area
Build & maintain key relationships across businesses and products.
Ensure adherence to all processes laid by both BGSS / Bank internal policies, compliance & policies

Customer Service and Communication skills
Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills
Channel Sales expertise
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Understanding of auto loan products and processes
Experience in the banking or financial services industry
