Job Title: US Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accountant to manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting operations for multiple US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of US accounting principles and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

Freshers with a robust academic background in Accounting/Finance and a willingness to learn US accounting processes are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping for multiple US-based clients.
Perform bank, credit card, loan, and merchant account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Complete catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping projects.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
Support tax preparation by maintaining accurate financial records.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
0–2 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding of reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification.
Experience with Xero, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
Knowledge of US payroll and sales tax processes.
