Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO / iWay Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise integration and large-scale data migration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migrating enterprise data using TIBCO and iWay integration platforms while ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies using TIBCO and iWay technologies.
Develop and maintain ETL and data integration workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between source and target systems.
Analyze source data and perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather migration requirements and define migration plans.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and validation processes.
Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration performance.
Develop migration scripts, technical documentation, and deployment procedures.
Support migration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production cutover activities.




Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience with TIBCO and/or iWay integration technologies.
Robust experience in Data Migration and ETL processes.
Hands-on expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Solid SQL skills with experience in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, and file-based integrations.
Positive understanding of enterprise integration architecture and middleware solutions.
Experience troubleshooting integration and migration issues.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP migration projects such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or other enterprise applications.
Knowledge of cloud integration platforms is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools is a plus.
