Job Title: Tier 1 Application Production Support Specialist

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Work Model: 5 Days Onsite

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

We are hiring a Tier 1 Application Production Support Specialist to provide end-to-end production support for enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and incident resolution across Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Linux, SQL, and monitoring platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving production incidents rather than only monitoring or escalating tickets.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve production incidents
Troubleshoot application issues using Splunk, Grafana & Prometheus
Support Kubernetes (AKS) hosted applications
Investigate Kafka and Azure Event Hub issues




Perform SQL/PostgreSQL data validation
Analyze Java/Spring Boot application logs
Perform Linux-based troubleshooting
Respond to PagerDuty alerts
Coordinate with stakeholders during production incidents
Prepare RCA and incident documentation
