Job Purpose The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, preparing itineraries, handling bookings, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with domestic and international travel inquiries.
Plan and customize travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Book flight tickets, hotels, visa assistance, and travel packages.
Provide accurate information on travel schedules, fares, and destinations.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Handle customer follow-ups and resolve travel-related queries.
Maintain booking records and prepare travel documentation.




Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of travel booking and itinerary planning.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of travel reservation systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
