Onsite US Recruiter with 4 - 7 years of experience who brings excellent industry expertise in both IT and Automotive recruitment

. This role demands a professional with robust, articulate communication skills to effectively engage, vet, and negotiate with top-tier technical and engineering talent in the US market. You will operate full time from the office during US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
Expert Sourcing:

Leverage deep IT and Automotive domain experience.
US Compliance:

Manage US work authorizations and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
High-Touch Communication:

Serve as the primary, polished point of contact for candidates,



ensuring a seamless experience from initial pitch to final offer negotiation.

Required Qualifications
Work Setup:

Must be able to work full time onsite at the office location during dedicated US shift hours.
Experience:

4 - 7 years of dedicated US recruiting experience with a proven track record of excellence in the IT and Automotive industries

Communication:

Strong, sophisticated verbal and written English communication skills are critical for this role.
