About the Role

Veridic Solutions is looking for a motivated

US IT Recruiter with experience working with

Implementation Partners

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for

W2

and

C2C requirements across a wide range of IT technologies while delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for

W2

and

C2C requirements.
Work extensively with

Implementation Partners such as Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Accenture, and others.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Utilize job portals such as

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva

, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.




Build long-term relationships with candidates and implementation partners.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills
1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
Proven experience working with

Implementation Partners

.
Solid understanding of

W2

and

C2C hiring models.
Experience recruiting for various IT technologies and skill sets.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Robust verbal and written communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
Knowledge of the US IT staffing market and recruitment lifecycle.
