Additional Parameters:
Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of investment products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, and other wealth management products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients




Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
Relevant certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDAI will be an added advantage

Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for providing them with personalized wealth management solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Build and maintain robust relationships with high net worth clients through regular communication and meetings
Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite and provide them with customized investment solutions
Cross-sell various wealth management products and services to clients, including mutual funds, insurance, and other investment prod
