Ability to perform complex income and risk analyses, including DSCR calculations.
Robust understanding of secondary market requirements and investor guidelines.
Proficiency with automated underwriting systems (DU, LP) and electronic document management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
