Title : Onboarding specialist
Work Location: Koramangala _ Bangalore
CST - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM.
Dinner Facility and Cab Drop facility will be offered by the Company.
:
Manage end-to-end onboarding for current hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Initiate background checks for candidates with offers.
Collect necessary post-offer documents, and ensure knowledge of I-9, W4, and direct deposit forms etc.
Meet onboarding SLAs, verify background checks for current US joiners.
Update onboarding tracking reports daily
Maintain accurate records in HR systems.
Coordinate with various departments and agencies to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to recent hires throughout the onboarding process.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during onboarding.
