Key Responsibilities:
Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with relevant influencers.
Prepare and manage monthly campaign calendar for influencer activities.
Coordinate campaigns and share base content/guidelines for reel creation.
Ensure reels are properly created, edited and uploaded with correct product tagging/links.
Monitor reel performance (views, engagement, clicks, sales impact).
Maintain influencer database and campaign tracking sheets.
Prepare performance reports and insights analysis.
Optimize influencer selection based on ROI and engagement metrics.
Manage ongoing influencer relationships and campaign timelines.

Requirements:
Any graduate - Fresher can apply
Robust negotiation and english communication skills.
Understanding of Instagram & social media trends.
Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
