Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and up-to-date design trends. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile application designs that enhance customer satisfaction and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all products.
Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch,



or similar UI/UX design tools.
Robust knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and animation tools.
