Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact sales professional with strong experience in CAD/CAE and PLM solutions to drive business growth within a defined territory. The role requires a blend of direct sales expertise and channel partner management, with a deep understanding of the local market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales Execution
Drive revenue growth for simulation solutions across the assigned territory
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Expand footprint within existing strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell
Channel Partner Management
Manage and grow the partner ecosystem within the territory
Enable, motivate, and drive partners to achieve sales targets
Develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure pipeline generation through partners
Territory Ownership
Own and execute the territory strategy with transparent account segmentation




Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
Maintain deep understanding of local market dynamics, competition, and opportunities
Customer Engagement & Solution Positioning
Understand customer requirements and position integrated CAD/CAE solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solutioning and demonstrations
Drive value-based selling and articulate ROI to customers
Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in CAD/CAE and PLM domain
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Robust experience in channel partner management and indirect sales models
Valuable understanding of manufacturing/engineering industry segments
Strong network and familiarity with the assigned territory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global engineering software organizations
