Conduct daily vendor inspections as per the inspection schedule and maintain visit/inspection reports.
Support vendor selection, development, process audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Review drawings, specifications, and applicable codes to prepare Inspection Checklists, ITPs, and Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs).
Monitor vendor fabrication and manufacturing quality to ensure compliance with project requirements, IBR, ASME, ISO, and other applicable standards.
Review and verify vendor quality documentation, including material test certificates, welding/NDT reports, inspection reports, and calibration certificates.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to vendors on quality-related issues.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client QA/QC representatives during inspections and quality-related activities.




Compile and review quality dossiers and ensure timely submission prior to material dispatch.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis / Why-Why Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Participate in internal/external audits, project reviews, and quality meetings to ensure QMS compliance.
Support technical development and capability enhancement of current and existing vendors.
Assist the Quality Manager in evaluating vendors for Green Channel Certification based on quality performance.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
