As a Data Governance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data and systems from cyber threats through risk assessments, security audits, and implementing robust security measures. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on protecting organizations from cyber threats using advanced technologies and strategies, enabling the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets for clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

Responsibilities Conducting risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems
Implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems from cyber threats
Utilizing Azure Data Factory for data flow mapping and data architecture development
Managing cybersecurity governance and compliance with security frameworks
Developing and maintaining incident response plans to address security incidents effectively
Collaborating with clients to understand their information security needs and provide tailored solutions
Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for enhancing security measures
Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Mentoring junior team members in cybersecurity practices and methodologies
Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to deliver quality service What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to information security governance and risk management, including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent security leadership credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Data Factory and cybersecurity governance
Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
Developing data architecture and flow mapping skills
Excelling in incident response planning and security troubleshooting
Embracing change and learning agility in complex situations
