The Founder's Office is the strategic nerve center of the Group — where vision meets execution, and where the next generation of vertical-first consumer experiences for Bharat is being built. Key Responsibilities

:Design, develop, and manage ETL pipelines to collect, process, and transform large-scale data

.Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

.Implement and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., Redshift,



BigQuery, Snowflake)

.Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance in all pipelines

.Automate workflows, monitor data systems, and troubleshoot issues proactively

.Support migration, scaling, and integration of new data sources .

Requirement s:3–8 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar rol e.Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.

).Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP

).Hands-on experience with data warehousing and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark preferred

).Solid understanding of data modelling and schema desig n.Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows is a plu s.
