Experience managing complex Data Engineering, BI, AI, and Analytics programs





Ability to manage project governance, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication

Expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and escalation management

Professional experience in customer-facing roles and executive reporting

Foundational knowledge of Data Engineering and ETL/ELT architectures

Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Lakehouse concepts

Understanding of Data Modeling fundamentals

Experience with Databricks or Snowflake

Knowledge of Azure Data Platform or Power BI

Exposure to API, Integration, and Emerging AI/GenAI implementation programs

Prior experience delivering data projects from presales to go-live

Ability to lead architects and engineers with technical credibility

Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs

Proven track record in financial accountability and outcome-based delivery

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to balance technical depth with program leadership.
