As a Data Analytics - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations, helping businesses navigate the complex landscape of compliance requirements. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipating needs and delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be expected to adapt to a quick-paced environment, working with diverse clients and team members.

Responsibilities Advising clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations to maintain compliance
Conducting privacy impact assessments and developing privacy policies to safeguard personal information
Implementing data protection measures to minimize legal risks and confirm regulatory compliance
Navigating complex privacy and data protection requirements across various industries
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support
Analyzing data breach incidents and recommending cybersecurity solutions
Utilizing analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather information from diverse sources
Applying legal knowledge to review documents and provide legal advice on privacy compliance
Developing privacy programs and records management policies to enhance data security
Engaging in regulatory compliance consulting to address client needs and expectations What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Law, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
