Responsibilities

- Conduct Dance Classes: Lead engaging and diverse dance classes, ensuring that each session at Galaxy Dance Studio is both enjoyable and educational.
- Develop Lesson Plans: Create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and age groups at Galaxy Dance Studio.
- Provide Instruction: Teach dance techniques and routines, delivering clear and precise demonstrations.
- Encourage Progress: Motivate and track students' progress to help them achieve their dance goals.
- Maintain Discipline: Establish and uphold a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Organize Performances: Plan and coordinate dance recitals and performances to showcase students’ talents.
- Handle Inquiries: Address queries from students and parents about classes and schedules.
- Collaborate with Team:



Work with other instructors and staff to ensure smooth studio operations and effective teaching.
- Update Skills: Stay abreast of the latest dance trends and techniques to enrich the curriculum at Galaxy Dance Studio.
- Manage Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and organization of dance equipment and the studio space.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Relevant dance education or certification is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in dance teaching or a solid background in dance performance is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student and parent interaction.
