8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes.

Proven ability to understand and navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations.

Experience supporting integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
