About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, KA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity threats to safeguard organizational assets. This role involves enhancing the company's security posture through proactive risk management, threat hunting, and SOC (Security Operations Center) optimization.

The Cybersecurity

Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security strategies, manage security tools and platforms, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of cybersecurity defense, utilizing advanced security technologies and techniques to protect critical infrastructure and data assets.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity,



with a strong background in security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with security information and event management (SIEM) platforms, incident response procedures, and security governance frameworks.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Familiarity with cloud security tools and experience working in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities Monitor security incidents and alerts generated by various security tools and platforms to identify potential threats.

Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify vulnerabilities and malicious activities within the network.

Perform forensic investigations to analyze security breaches and determine root causes.

Manage and optimize SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, and Google SecOps to ensure effective security monitoring.

Execute incident response procedures swiftly to contain and remediate security incidents,



minimizing impact on business operations.

Support vulnerability management programs by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities.

Develop and implement security controls, policies, and governance standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Create dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to communicate security status and incident details to stakeholders.
